HASKART TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Haskart platform (“Platform”). By accessing or using Haskart, you (“User”, “You”) agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform.
Haskart may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
1. Platform Overview
Haskart is a lifestyle and nonclinical wellness platform offering:
- Pitstop+ community sharing
- Virtual nonclinical wellness sessions
- In-person 1-to-1 wellness services
- Merchant and wellness centre listings
- User-generated content (UGC) features
Haskart is not a healthcare provider and does not offer medical or clinical services.
All services are delivered by independent Contributors or Wellness Centres (“Service Providers”).
2. User Eligibility
To use the Platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate information
- Have legal capacity to enter agreements
- Not be restricted under Malaysian law
Haskart may suspend or reject accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements.
3. Account Registration & Security
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
- Notify Haskart of unauthorized access
Haskart may suspend accounts for misuse or security concerns.
4. Platform Features
4.1 Pitstop+
Users may share scenic spots, experiences, and merchant tags. You must not upload:
- Illegal content
- Sensitive personal data
- Defamatory or misleading content
- Copyrighted material without permission
Haskart may remove content that violates guidelines.
4.2 Virtual Nonclinical Sessions
Sessions are conducted via secure video/voice. Contributors are manually verified before activation.
4.3 In-Person Wellness Services
Users may book services such as massage, spa, beauty, and bodywork. All services are delivered by independent Wellness Centres.
4.4 Merchant Listings
Haskart does not guarantee the quality or legality of any merchant or service.
5. Booking/Appointment, Payments & Refunds (Summary)
5.1 Booking/Appointment Confirmation
A Booking/Appointment is confirmed when:
- A service and time slot are selected
- Payment is completed
- A confirmation notification is issued
5.2 Payment Flow
- User pays through the Platform
- Haskart receives the payment
- Platform commissions are deducted
- Balance is transferred to the Service Provider
5.3 Cancellation Rules (Summary)
Virtual Sessions
- Free cancellation ≥ 6 hours
- Late cancellations may be nonrefundable
In-Person Sessions
- Free cancellation ≥ 3 hours
- Late cancellations may be nonrefundable
No-Shows
- Virtual: no join from 10 minutes
- In-person: no arrival from 15 minutes
- No-shows are non-refundable
5.4 Refund Summary
Refunds are issued when:
- Service Provider cancels
- User cancels within allowed window
- Verified technical issues occur
Refunds are not issued for:
- No-shows
- Late cancellations
- Dissatisfaction with service outcome
- Off-platform arrangements

6. Community & Content Guidelines (Summary)
Users must:
- Be respectful
- Avoid harassment or hate speech
- Protect privacy
- Avoid illegal content
- Not impersonate others
- Not upload misleading or harmful content

7. Service Provider Responsibilities (Summary)
Service Providers must:
- Honour Booking/Appointments
- Start sessions on time
- Maintain a safe and respectful environment
- Avoid off-platform payments
- Respect User boundaries
- Comply with PDPA
- Provide accurate service descriptions
Service Providers are additionally bound by the Haskart Provider Agreement (for Contributors & Wellness Centres).
8. Data Protection
Haskart complies with the Malaysian PDPA. Your data is handled according to the Haskart Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
Platform content belongs to Haskart. Users retain ownership of their uploads but grant Haskart a license to use them for platform operations and promotion.
10. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Use the Platform for illegal activities
- Harass or defame others
- Upload harmful code
- Scrape or harvest data
- Circumvent payments
Haskart may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
11. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided “as is”. Haskart does not guarantee:
- Service quality
- Availability
- Accuracy of listings
- Outcomes of wellness services
Haskart is not liable for actions of independent Service Providers.
12. Termination
Haskart may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Violations of these Terms
- Fraud or abuse
- Legal requirements
Users may close their accounts anytime.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Malaysian law. Disputes will be resolved in Malaysian courts.
